Sustainable fit out at Broadwalk House
We’re thrilled to share our latest sustainable project with long-standing client British Land ♻️
We recently refreshed a large 16,700 sqft floorplate at L3 Broadwalk House, prioritising reuse and minimising our environmental impact, whilst also creating an amazing workspace.
Retaining existing materials is one of our best opportunities to reduce the environmental footprint on projects delivered. At Broadwalk House we retained tea points, appliances, raised access flooring, ceiling tiles, furniture, doors and services.

At the request of British Land we were able to procure and repurpose glazed partitioning by leveraging the Material Index platform, this resulted in an estimated embodied carbon saving of 0.714 tonnes CO2e.
Overall, our efforts resulted in a significant reduction in embodied carbon across the project, estimated at an impressive 101.84 tonnes CO2e 💚 🌎

Let’s continue to push the boundaries of sustainable design and reuse in construction!
