Turnkey Main Contracting

An all-encompassing solution, including aftercare and maintenance, we have a visionary team who solely pursue fit out projects under a turnkey main contracting provision. Our innovative and commercially astute in-house designers can take your project brief and budget and generate technical Riba Stage contractors’ proposals to facilitate the quickest possible market option from enquiry to practical completion.

Whether it is across Cat A or Cat B, building common parts, toilet facilities or end of journey amenities we have a vast team of engineers, architects, interior designers and visualisers that can make that a reality.

Client Services and Small Works

Headed up by Danielle Fawn; we have a specific department that completes smaller size works, predominantly in occupation very successfully. The skill set required to do these works requires a different methodology and approach to ensure business as usual. Reception refreshes, toilet face lift or day 2 occupier scope we have a team whose infrastructure is tailored to removing the challenges of these scopes by harnessing building management relationships and the necessary processes to get to completion with minimal disruption.

Engaged via a framework or on a project-by-project basis this team are nimble and ready to provide these vital services to our targeted client base.

Casting our net!

A high proportion of our work is within London and the surrounding areas but for our core relationships and clients we will travel anywhere nationally. We localise our supply chain knowing the value of supporting SME’s is the surrounding areas; as such we have prequalified supply chain outside of London and the Home Counties in Derby, Cardiff and Manchester.

We are a business borne out of very specific targeted growth specifically aimed at the Landlord and Landed Estate sectors; thus we choose our client base, project types and supply chain partners very specifically. This enables us to be clear that we have the capability and infrastructure to undertake projects up to £7M in value.

Cast assess complexity, location, our capacity and size of project on an ongoing basis to ensure we never compromise on our quality of delivery and the happiness of our clients with the end product. We are a repeat business-based organisation and would never jeopardise that by taking on more work than we can deliver with our directly employed team.
